Radi Badidi has over 17 years of experience in the field of (direct) marketing, business intelligence, business development, innovation and CRM. Having managed departments related to these fields in the publishing industry and financial services, his focus has always been to integrate customer knowledge into customer focussed marketing- and sales-strategies and implementations. Throughout the years, Radi has been responsible for building customer centric datawarehouses, developing marketing intelligence organizations and a variety of analytical and operational CRM projects. For the last 8 years, Radi has been responsible for key CRM developments within ABN AMRO Bank and is currently responsible for business development, channel innovation and CRM within Commercial Banking/SME.

ABN AMRO Bank has outlined a multi year holistic development program to realize a wave of business adoption of its CRM capabilities. The first step has been all about enabling the call centres to better use the customer know-how in their inbound call conversations. The project resulted in triple sales in the first quarter of operations and has received a national award of excellence of call centre association, providing abundant ROI and momentum to make next steps in accordance with the roadmap.
